Collating & Creating

  1. We facilitate a collaboration session with your leadership/operations team to surface your current ways of working challenges.
  2. We collect a set of materials from you — platform screenshots, communication channel screenshots, strategy documents, org chart snapshots, a few job specs — and check in on the tools in use, key processes, and current team structures.
  3. We use our preferred platform Miro to collate all this data in one space.
  4. We design a Survey based off our model (people, platform, process, purpose) and all your input & docs provided.

Survey Send | Data Analysis

  1. We align with you on the survey design (question set).
  2. Survey sent out for completion.
  3. We analyze all completed survey data/documentation/input provided.

Wrap up, format & present

  1. We finalise analysis of data.
  2. We format the data insights into a clear report.
  3. We present the report back to you.

Alice and Belinda's (Bill) working relationship started over 15 years ago where they both worked in an Advertising Agency. Belinda started her own business 10 years ago, and Alice launched hers 8 years ago. Just before COVID hit, a collaboration was born between their businesses, and it became obvious that together they bring the perfect synergy in helping businesses work smarter. Alice, with her career background in digital project management and her passion for driving better employee experiences, and Belinda (Bill), having completed over 50 internal business audits across industries and continents, form a formidable team. Together, they make a power duo, working collaboratively with businesses to improve processes, practices, and platform performance.
