Working closely with a CMO of an Ecommerce business she unpacked that the marketing team was struggling and that work was being delivered late, there were bottlenecks and rushed work where attention to detail was being missed etc. etc. She explained that the team had been through a lot of people changes and that the CMO was a new role too. She wanted our help to identify where things are going wrong so she could look to drive any initiatives that needed to be put in place to fix these challenges. The CMO had an inkling too that the team structure wasn’t optimal for what other business stakeholders required from the marketing department.

How We Helped

We were able to show the CMO what specific processes and practices were letting the team down. We were also able to show the CMO that her inkling about the team structure was correct and that a lot of the marketing team members felt the structure needed a refresh too. We then provided an objective consulting service to the CMO guiding her through the necessary steps and providing input on the Org Structure Refresh.
